Apply this plugin to the project. This plugin is not registered to Maven Central. Read the Gradle Plugin Portal to setup plugin.
After installation the task validateDiffChangeLogEmpty is available and it automatically adds a doLast to the diffChangeLog which sanitizes the changes.yaml
