Please read all of the following before contributing to avoid being unrewarded.

Contributions to this repo between May 17th, 2024 and June 17th, 2024 will be retroactively rewarded according to the following:

  • A total pot size of 0.5 ETH will be split between contributors according to a point system
  • Contributors will receive points for their contributions measured as quality * quantity, with each being ranked from 1-10
    • Note that this means that e.g., contributions with a quality score of 9 will be paid 3 times as much as a quality score of 3 given the same quantity score
  • After the end of the period, contributors will be rewarded in the amount of contributor_points / total_points * 0.5 ETH

Low effort/spam will be ignored and unrewarded

  • There will be no benefit to contributing from multiple accounts
  • Duplicate issues/PRs will be considered as spam. Please carefully check existing issues and PRs beforehand, both open and closed ones.
  • Failure to abide by this may cause you to be blocked entirely and unrewarded even if previous contributions were genuine

Contributions can be any of the following:

  • Creating well-written issues which can be any of the following:
    • New vulnerabilities to add to the list
    • Improvement proposals for categorization of vulnerabilities
    • Improvement proposals for already listed vulnerabilities
    • And other ways to genuinely improve the value of this repository
  • Creating well-written PRs according to issues
  • Reviewing issues and PRs
    • Note that only valuable criticism will be considered, e.g. simply commenting "LGTM" will not be valued
