Fixes FEC-11741 , FEC-11980

Tests' checklist

  • In-stream Dash Image thumbnails (Kaltura-Player)
  • Offline Player (Kaltura-Player)
  • Low latency live streams
  • External Subtitles
  • Change Media with ABR extensively (Using Charles to know the correct track selection).
  • Test with AVC, HEVC different codecs with different supported and unsupported devices
  • Check Audio only content
  • Check ABR Settings
  • Check BG/FG(Background/Forground) in app lifecycle
  • Check Video ABR with different Text track Selection and go to BG/FG. It should retain the selected tracks after coming to foreground. Need to check with Charles that the correct tracks are playing.
  • Test the app by throttling the network to 3G/4G/Wifi speed and see the performance.
  • VR Medias with/without subtitles
  • DRM content Playback
