Tag version 2.9.
Includes a number of improvements:
- Input masking on the picker itself is substantially improved, preventing keyboard mashing, bad copy/pastes, etc.
- Fixes for recent IE whereby an "x" control was inserted into the input area to clear the input. No other browser has this, and it interferes with our styling, so that's removed.
- Limit the length of data that can enter the input area, which previously allowed larger than 7 character inputs
