The last official version of this library was 2.7, which was in 2012. MailerMailer LLC had unoffical versions applied on their servers, but no release was ever made. That change more or less involved some minor adjustments by Chelsea Rio which can be seen within this tree.

This version includes all those changes as well as additional changes to support the latest jQuery and to simplify our z-index handling.
