Installing the Add-In with EXE file

• Close all PowerPoint presentations.
• If you have v1.0.0 already installed, uninstall it from control panel.
• Download the PowerPoint-Downsizer-Add-In.exe file.
• Run the file.
• Follow the onscreen instructions.
• Wait for installation to complete.

Installing the Add-In with archive files

• Extract the archive file and follow the EXE file installation steps.

Installing the Add-In with EXE file

• Close all PowerPoint presentations.
• Download the PowerPoint-Downsizer-Add-In.exe file.
• Run the file.
• Follow the onscreen instructions.
• Wait for installation to complete.

The exe file is created with IExpress. If you have issues, please use the zip file instead.

Installing the Add-In with ZIP file

• Close all PowerPoint presentations.
• Download the PowerPoint-Downsizer-Add-In.zip file.
• Extract contents to a local folder.
• Run PowerPoint-Downsizer-Add-In.msi from the extracted folder.
  • Run PowerPoint-Downsizer-Add-In.exe if you want to automatically install the prerequisites also.
• Follow the onscreen instructions.
• Wait for installation to complete.
