provide API to run a set of features that user specifies via parallel runner

it is available. you probably have a problem with your local maven setup. connect directly to the internet or temporarily comment out your maven settings.xml file - see https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/releases/com/intuit/karate/karate-core/0.8.0.RC7/
