Design & develop the FederatedResourceQuota, SearchRegistry & MultiClusterIngress Pages for the Dashboard Project.

Why is this needed:
More pages need to be designed & added to the dashboard which are required to make great use of the functionalities of the karmada project using the web ui client.

I'm interested in contributing to this issue under LFX Mentorship for the Summer session. I am trying to set up the project on my system.

I have a question regarding this issue. Are there any specific design criteria or sample documents which I can refer to design the pages? Also, to get familiar with this issue, could you please share some resources or topics that I should study first.
