The word 'shell' was mis-used for multiple contexts, thus:

  • struct Shell → Application
  • trait ShellSharedErased → AppShared
  • trait GraphicalShell → AppGraphicsBuilder
  • mod kas::shell → app
  • In documentation, usages of 'shell' are roughly split between 'application' and 'graphics backend'.
