update and refinements

• simplified build - use oficial clojure:boot-2.7.2-alpine image
• update to latest clojure and other dependencies as well
• no "insights" word in naming conventions of modules
• regression_tests renamed to snapshots
• when generating snapshots load fb access tokens from env vars (FB_TOKEN or FB_ADS_TOKEN)
• regenerate-snapshots -f <filter_namespace> boot task and make command
• when generating snaphosts record only body and status of the response
