Partially fixes keep-starknet-strange#126 Changes made: Add Kill Switch contract repository. Reason to add it: This is a simple yet important example of a contract written with Cairo that can be called by any other contract, it's also used by other Starknet Foundation workshops so it's useful to have it as a learning resource here.

While the Kill Switch contract is a useful example, it's already well-documented in the Counter Workshop repository. Adding it to the resources README might create unnecessary redundancy. I suggest focusing on more general, widely applicable resources for the README. I'll close this PR, but appreciate your effort to improve awesome-starknet even more awesome. |
