Hello, Julien. The script has no mechanism to command/control pi-star, any of it's subordinate modules, or communicate over any of the various modes (DMR, D-Star, YSF, etc.) in any way. It is (and will remain), just a fancy "tail -f" on the MMDVM log file.

It will, however, see that changes are made, should you make changes within the GUI, as the making of such changes via the GUI typically stops and restarts the various pi-star services. pistar-lastqso will see that logging has stopped, wait for the services to restart, and then re-read all the gateway selections and such when logging resumes.
