• Utilized machine learning and data visualization on 2019 survey data on mental health in the technology industry, conducted and collected by the Open Sourcing Mental Health (OSMI) non-profit organization.
• Studied underlying factors that determine whether tech employees feel comfortable sharing their mental health issues with their coworkers and/or direct supervisor(s), with hopes to promote the support system in tech industry and give suggestions on how improve it and make it into a place where employees feel comfortable sharing issues as personal as their mental health to those they work with/for.
