v1.6.0 for WizNet WizFi360

### Release v1.6.0

1. Add support to WizNet `WizFi360`, such as `WIZNET_WIZFI360_EVB_PICO` using `arduino-pico` core
2. Add Config Portal scaling support to mobile devices.
