🔨 Feature add skip norm flag

Description

Along with adding a skip normalization flag, I also updated docs a bit to include consensus input recommendations and changed resource usage. This is to force the platform to stay on a specific type of instance as much as possible. Lastly, I clustered the disable flags together and ran the app pub script, so a lot of the input args got reformatted a bit
