Change ontology terms + technical improvements

• Ontology terms are now populates as 'Label (ID)' instead of the ID only
• Improve load of ontology terms : parse a TSV file directly from S3, instead of parsing a XML file.
• Improve error handling
• Retry when http requests to dataservices fail
• Load data from dataservice in parallel (for each sutdy)
• Better management of memory
