Envoy dashboard shipped with contour component was showing errors like `prometheus` datasource does not exist. This commit fixes that error. Signed-off-by: Suraj Deshmukh <suraj@kinvolk.io>

Perhaps datasource should be made a variable, like in other dashboards. |
@invidian I am planning to fix this upstream. This was taken from upstream we should fix it. https://github.com/projectcontour/contour/blob/bb2d1ff73454335f636b4d48bd7c7aa54c758ee8/examples/grafana/02-grafana-configmap.yaml#L1450. |
