Add menu item to trigger repo sync manually #19

If a user first installs this github app into their github account and then logs into Kiwi TCMS (for the first time) their app will be unconfigured which means repositories sent together with the installation hook will not be synchronized as products. A menu item to trigger this manually will help trigger manual sync.
