I created a new .csv by hand from a library scan of the appendix, in the same format as the original (available upon request). I just removed the old .csv and replaced it; this was the only commit. I also ran the script on the new data to make sure no problems arose, but did not commit the new figures. (I had also run the script on the original data, the results of which which agreed with the original figures, presumably only up to random seed.)
An interesting change is that Joseph Warren and Thomas Urann switch places in terms of betweenness and Bonacich power centralities, and that the spin-glass method now groups Warren with the London Enemies list members, whereas previously both he and Urann were grouped with the members of the St Andrews Lodge (where Urann remains grouped).
