Initial version using the updated format provided by Github.
The following is supported:
- Setting Hugo version, Docker image type to use, source and target folders, Hugo command, Pandoc command and environment.
- All Hugo images part of klakegg/hugo Docker images are accessible by indicating combination of Hugo version and Docker image type.
The Hugo version used is configured rather than creating new releases of this action when Hugo is updated. This allows for advanced build matrixes for those in such need.
