Running locally

• Be sure you have a file named '.env' or 'env.cmd' depends of your system

• run the command 'npm run start_dev' or 'npm run start_win_dev' depends of your system

Running on server

• Ensure the server have the environment variable 'TOKEN', with the correct bot token value

• Ensure the timezone of the server is the correct for your purposes (you can set the TZ variable on server)
