Was tempted to replicate the self-built KO code editor at github.com/brianmhunt/knockout@gh-pages, but it’s way more pain than it’s worth — and while interesting it’s deeply outside our focus and distracts from building great examples.
Noting the Typescript problem in `applyBindings.js`. The `postinstall` was causing an infinite loop with yarn -> lerna -> yarn. Switched to yarn workspaces from lerna hoisting.
