[proposal] reservation nominator need to extend the reservation nominated node

What is your proposal:
Reservation nominator need to extend the reservation nominated node

Why is this needed:
After reservation preemption, the preemptor reservation can't be scheduled. The released resource may be occupied by reservations, whose priority is no higher than the preemptor.

Is there a suggested solution, if so, please add it:
extend the reservation nominator, enable reservations to nominate nodes.
