--Bump 0.0.2--

  1. go-deploy update environment now uses Cloudformation (updating the stack) instead of EB directly. If you specify the CF template, then the EB settings will be updated if any changes were made. If you specify the new version of the app, it will update the stack to use that version, and it will be deployed to EB.

  2. CF templates now allow most variable options for EB
