[ENHANCEMENT] Dark theme for both signin and signup page

Description

i have added the dark theme for both signup and signin feature

Current Behavior

currently we have darktheme for home page but we does not have dark theme for signin and signup page

Proposed Enhancement

we will add the theme toggle component in the both signin and signup page and then we will add the defined color to convert the light theme to dark theme

Use Case

by adding this user can get the better experience
