Sepia provides a range of MRI phase processing methods available in the field. On the one hand, it gives great flexibility to process the multi-echo GRE data. On the other hand, it can cause you a headache to select an appropriate method based on the needs of your own data. In these following demonstrations, I'm going to share some of my personal experience with the methods supported by Sepia in order to improve the GRE phase processing results.
