First release of the date-to-gene converter
This is the first official release of the date-to-gene converter web tool hosted on Streamlit.
This tool aims to convert Excel misconverted dates or old gene terms into the updated gene terms recommended by HGNC (e.g. SEP-01 and SEP1 into SEPTIN1), which are more resilient to Excel auto-conversion.
Feel free to use this web tool on the running Streamlit instance or on local machines by following the instructions found here.
