profile-controller: adding contributors field

Why you need this feature:
In the Profile CRD, contributors field does not exist, and contributors CRUD logic (e.g. role binding) is implemented outside of Kubernetes cluster

Describe the solution you'd like:
Since we have Profile CRD, it should be done in the CRD, instead of outside of Kubernetes cluster
Add contributors field to Profile CRD and contributors related e.g. role binding should be done in the Profile CRD reconciler
