Currently, we have static watches added on operators during the init. We need to move it to a dynamic mechanism where watch is created when corresponding CRDs are installed. However, it needs controller runtime 1.8+ Currently, a short term fix has been added in #317 which has to be removed when dynamic watch is introduced,
