Description of your changes:
Fix the first bug on #547 related to omitted recursive task when there's no sub_group.ops inside a condition branch.

Environment tested:

  • OS (e.g. from /etc/os-release):

So we should still process groups inside condition even there's no op.

yes, because the recursion graph task is a op.groups, not op.ops
