What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR removes the old KubeOne config API that we used pre-v0.6.0. As per https://github.com/kubermatic/kubeone/blob/master/pkg/config/cluster.go#L17-L19, the deprecation period ended on 2019-08-12, making it safe to remove the old API. The
config migratecommand doesn't depend on the API and we will leave it in place for some more time.Does this PR introduce a user-facing change?:
