setup e2e tests in github actions #128

Hi @boddumanohar. Thanks for your PR. I'm waiting for a kubernetes-csi member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. does kind supports windows cluster?

No, Kind currently only supports Linux nodes.

This PR adds setting up e2e testing in GitHub action using kind. Kind helps us do e2e tests on various Kubernetes versions and it's also pretty lightweight.
