These sanity tests verify drivers implementation of
NodeExpandVolumeRPC call. We always callNodeExpandVolumeafterNodePublishand it is expected that if a driver supports node-expansion it must correctly expand the volume ifNodeExpandVolumeis called afterNodePublish.
