Document kustomize configurations field

I can't find configurations documented under kustomization fields: https://kubectl.docs.kubernetes.io/references/kustomize/kustomization/

We get a decent number of issues regarding this field:

• When Using Openshift route in base layer and adding namePreffix\nameSuffix in overlay the namePreffix\nameSuffix not mutates the service name. kustomize#5156
• Add option to overwrite "image" of other CRs kustomize#5138
• nameReference configuration missing documentation on managing namespace kustomize#4917
• nameSuffix transformer not honoring fieldspec kustomize#4883, etc.

Would be really nice if we could document this field.
