After recent work on release automation we should now update our documentation.

My rough idea is the following:

  • Write a simplified version of the core CAPI release-tasks doc for CAPV
    • additionally mention updating clusterctl-settings.json in prepare branch task
  • Potentially add a corresponding issue template for minor release cycles
    • maybe including some rough pointers to a timeline but not with specific weeks
  • Delete ./RELEASE.md / ./docs/releasing.md
