🌱 Drop codecov from PRs, add token for main

What this PR does / why we need it:
codecov started to permanently fail on PRs with this error message:

Error: There was an error fetching the storage URL during POST: 404 - {'detail': ErrorDetail(string='Unable to locate build via Github Actions API. Please upload with the Codecov repository upload token to resolve issue.', code='not_found')}

I've now added a secret to the repository, but this won't work for PRs opened from forks. That's why we're dropping this action for PRs (it will still run against main to provide us data on test coverage of the main branch over time).
