Makes use of kube-state-metrics PR kubernetes/kube-state-metrics#2014 to generate the configuration for the CRD metrics.

• wait for feat(metric-gen): Implement metric-gen tool to create custom resource configuration from markers kubernetes/kube-state-metrics#2014 to merge
