Hi there,
I'm using this version external-dns:v0.13.1 and according with this PR https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/external-dns/pull/2251/files this flag should work.

What happened:
I'm getting this error: time="2023-01-12T12:19:21Z" level=fatal msg="flag parsing error: unknown long flag '--oci-zone-scope'"

Hi @silviaDominguezP, this parameter is not available for actual version 0.14. You can see that in docs but it is for master branch.
I understand that it would be available in next release as it says in PR 3995.
