Description
This upgrades sigs.k8s.io/gateway-api from v0.4.3 to v0.5.0 (keeping with the v1alpha2 APIVersion), which is mostly just renaming of packages, types, and consts. It also adds support for a new experimental Gateway API port matching feature and adds new unit tests.
UPDATE: I went ahead and moved the stabilized objects (Gateway and HTTPRoute) from v1alpha2 to v1beta1 and updated the documentation accordingly.
