Description
The current build on PROW's CI is broken and unfortunately fixing it is about trial and error. This updates the image to use something newer than the very old image we were using. Given that it is an alpine image after all, it also adds instructions to add gcc, should we need it to compile.
I also ran
go mod tidyto get to a cleaner state.
