The error two plugins have the same name is faced when we try to have more than 1 version of the same plugin implemented in the project. Exemplo: go.kubebuilder.io/v2.0.0 and go.kubebuilder.io/v2.0.0

PS.: Related to Extensible CLI and Scaffolding Plugins
