Error starting up pty Error: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.28' not found (required by /home/travis/build/kui-shell/kiwi/node_modules/node-pty/build/Release/pty.node)

This is because we prebuilt node-pty for linux-x64 on ubuntu 20, which apparently has glibc 2.28. We should generate prebuilds on an older version of linux?
