Add option to switch instance network mode and attach VLANs after provisioning in Equinix Metal #5858

Which component are you using?:
Cluster Autoscaler for Equinix Metal

Is your feature request designed to solve a problem? If so describe the problem this feature should solve.:

In the current version it's not possible to define the instance network mode at the cluster autoscaler level. It would be helpful to have the cluster autoscaler switch the network mode of the instance and attach any VLANs defined by the user after provisioning.
Describe the solution you'd like.:
Add a new parameter at the pool config for network-mode and VLANs.

Describe any alternative solutions you've considered.:

This is possible to achieve through userdata but requires more management overhead by the user and requires the need to pass the user API key in user data.
