Wrote to you on kubernetes slack. For the time being, until we figure a sustainable method of managing permissions on multiple repositories, we will just be releasing the quay.io/coreos/kube-state-metrics:v1.1.0-rc.0 image (which is also created with make all, in order to be backward compatible).
