For instance CRI-O doesn't work properly, when using minikube v0.34.0 with the v0.33.1 ISO.

CRI-O load /tmp/pause-amd64_3.1: command failed: sudo podman load -i /tmp/pause-amd64_3.1

We also get Docker 18.06.1 still, instead of the updated Docker 18.06.2 (i.e. CVE-2019-5736)

Workaround: --iso-url=https://storage.googleapis.com/minikube/iso/minikube-v0.34.0.iso
