notified today, as a general rule I think our usual lazy consensus rules are not quite so quick :-)

... but I would argue this is not a SIG project and should be part of #12863 anyhow.

If the project still needs CI it can move to https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/test-infra

AFAICT the project is deprecated anyhow https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/k8s-multicluster-ingress#kubemci

... so I'm +1 to go ahead and remove. Were it an in-org project though, we should give more advanced notice before removing CI.
