Consensus on what we’re implementing
- Before we can implement a language selector, we need to move https://github.com/k8smeetup/k8smeetup.github.io into https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes-docs-cn.
  - Do this first? (Yes.)
  - Action items: List of people who need write permissions to repo (add as collaborators)
  - Members need to join Kubernetes org
  - Create branches for different languages on an entirely new repo?
    - Decide infrastructure first; moving repo contents is an interim step towards best practices.
    - Branches or directories for translated content?
      - Invite OpenStack i18n contributors to present
      - Compile a list of questions beforehand
  - Create repo inside of kubernetes/incubator?
    - No; ultimately translation results should live inside of docs repo
  - Cutover date: 6 November 2017
    - Preserving translator credibility:
      - GitHub preserves individual contributor statistics
      - Julia's team tracks contributor stats in a separate spreadsheet
    - How much time does Julia’s team need? (Julia: 1 month)
