We have forked, kubeshop/bitnami-containers#1, the Bitnami image as it did not support arm64, and the
zcube/bitnami-compat-mongodbimage that we previously used for the demoinstaller is unmaintained, stuck on Mongo 6, and incompatible with the
latest Bitnami charts:
