『秒待』命令のためのsleepモジュールのコンパイルが失敗する #289

sleepモジュールが不安定で、バージョンが変わるたびにコンパイルに失敗する。
Node v9以降では、外部モジュールを使わなくても、sleepが使えるので、修正する。

Nodeのv9以降を使うことにして、対応した。
