以下の環境でAPIがうまく動作しないようです。

Vivaldi 1.15.1147.55 (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 64ビット版, 自分のPCにて確認)
Firefox 62.0.3 (Windows 7 64ビット版, 日本語のみ動作しない (英語は動作する), ソース: なでしこ３がしゃべるようになったよ！ - 雪乃☆雫のなでしこ日和 - なでしこ学習帳＠はてな, トゥート)
